While the world is taking pride in going fat-free, I am trying hard to explain that fat-free does not mean calorie-free! Calories, sodium and fiber are completely sidelined today by just reading fat-free! And that’s where begins the war of whether some seemingly unhealthy foods are really unhealthy???
I love the sunny side up garnished with some amazing black pepper steaming hot on my table! I really do love potatoes, but not the ones topped with toppling sour cream and my favorite pre and post workout fruit is the great, Banana! I definitely prefer it over those sugared energy bars! I am smart enough to pack the right carbohydrates and the better protein that are hugely present in the foods that are seemingly unhealthy to the world!
