Sleep is one of the most underrated issue for healthy living and losing weight. Most of us falter on this aspect.

A good 7-8 hours is required on a consistent basis for a healthy and active life. It is a great recovery tool for athletes too. Thanks for sharing the tips. Bdw very nice info graphics.
